About this business
Origin story
The Rios brothers ran a shipping and courier storefront on Archer for eleven years, and families kept asking them the one question they could not answer: how do we send our mother home. They trained, licensed, and in 2017 changed the sign.

Todo se puede hacer en español, de principio a fin. Everything here can be arranged in Spanish, from the first call to the last signature, and the person who answers the phone is the same person who will sit with you. Half of what we do involves getting someone home. Sending ashes to Mexico, Guatemala or Honduras means a consular certificate, an airline that accepts them and a family member who can receive them, and we walk each of those with you rather than handing you a checklist. We also keep a case of urns and small keepsakes made by two artists in the neighborhood, so a family dividing ashes among four households is not choosing from a catalog printed in another state.

What is needed to send ashes to Mexico?
A consular certificate, the cremation certificate and an airline that will carry them. We prepare all three and tell you what your family there must show on arrival.
Can ashes be divided between several households?
Yes, and we will tell you plainly how much each container holds so nobody is surprised. The keepsakes in our case are made by two artists a few streets away.
