About this business
Origin story
Marcus Teale shot weddings for a decade and hated them. A funeral director asked him in 2017 to livestream a service for a family stranded overseas, and he found the work fitted him better than any wedding ever had. The studio has done nothing else since 2019.
Why families choose us
Half of the families who hire us are hiring for the relatives who cannot travel. That is a technical problem with a human deadline, and we treat it as one: two cameras, a hard-wired feed rather than the venue's wifi, a second stream key ready, and a phone number that a cousin in another country can call if the picture drops. We record the whole service unedited and cut a short film from it if you want one, usually about six minutes, delivered inside two weeks. We also film life-story interviews before a death when a family asks in time — an hour or two of someone talking, lightly edited, which is the single most valuable thing we make and the one people ask for latest. Our camera operators wear dark clothes, stay at the back and do not use flash indoors.

Common questions
What happens if the venue's internet fails?
We carry a bonded cellular unit and a second stream key, and we test both an hour before. If it still fails, the recording is unaffected and we post it the same day.
Can relatives abroad watch later?
Yes. The stream stays available as a private link for thirty days, and the full recording is a download that never expires.
How visible will your crew be?
Two operators in dark clothes at the back of the room. No flash, no moving during a eulogy, and no equipment in the center aisle.
How late can we book a livestream?
The day before, most of the time. Call us anyway if it is closer than that — we keep one kit packed for exactly this.
