About this business
Origin story
Renee Whitfield designed retail installations and Ollie Bay ran live sound in clubs. They put together a friend's memorial in a Bridgeport warehouse in 2020 because the funeral home's package could not hold two hundred people and a PA, and spent the next two years being asked to do it again.
Why families choose us
Some memorials are events. Three hundred people, a band, a bar, a room full of photographs, and a livestream for everyone who could not get on a plane. That scale needs a team rather than one person with a clipboard, and there are four of us. We build memory stations — the table of objects, the wall of photographs, the microphone in a quiet corner recording whoever wants to talk into it — and we design the printed pieces to match. We run sound and the stream ourselves rather than hiring it out, so when the wifi fails at two o'clock the person fixing it already knows the room. Afterwards you get everything: the recordings, the scans, the photo wall packed properly, and the objects back in the box they came in.

How big does a memorial have to be to need you?
Around a hundred people is where a team starts to earn its fee. Below that we will point you at a single planner and mean it.
Do you run the livestream yourselves?
Yes, our own kit and our own operator. Nobody arrives at your memorial having never seen the room before.
What happens to everything afterwards?
You get the recordings, the scans and the objects back in their own box, packed by us, usually within a week.
Can you work in a venue we have already booked?
Almost always. Send us the floor plan and the venue's rules and we will tell you within a day what we can build there.
